  • Traditional Italian salami making starts with a good pepper sauce. Ours tastes like real peppers, no harsh vinegar hit, no over-processing, just quality peppers done properly.

  • We use quality Australian produce and local chillies to add depth, flavour and balance to your salami.

  • Unlike heavily processed alternatives that carry a strong vinegar tatste, these recipes focus on flavour first.

  • For a balanced, medium heat level, we recommend a ratio of 2 parts Sweet to 1 part Spicy. Adjust to your preference depending on how much heat you’d like in your salami.
